Provident Insurance Programs, Inc., (PIP) is the next evolution in the history of the Provident family of companies. We have built our reputation on superior service and innovation in creating best-in-class insurance programs and services, having grown from a family-run insurance agency started in 1902 to a nationally recognized program administrator. Our family of companies currently includes Provident Agency, Inc., and Provident Claims Services, Inc.

Founded in 1902, our rich history involves the creation of custom firefighter insurance benefits in 1928. Today, we continue to be a pioneer in developing insurance programs for firefighters, EMS providers, municipal entities, and law enforcement.
